We offer peer support groups and individualized assistance to youth to support them with a successful transition into adulthood and meeting their treatment and recovery needs for mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Youth Supporting Youth with Mental Health. Ages 14-18.
Join us Thursdays 3-4pm for our YSO peer-led group. Currently via Zoom but will be meeting in person soon! Games, food, music and other activities. Volunteer & Advocacy opportunities.
