We offer peer support groups and individualized assistance to youth to support them with a successful transition into adulthood and meeting their treatment and recovery needs for mental health and/or substance use challenges.

HYBRID: Youth Safe Space Chat
This youth safe space chat is for peer-to-peer support for youth ages 14-26. It focuses on Mental Well-Being and strategies for mental health challenges in a group setting. We offer a variety of conversation topics and develop strategies for specific programing desired by youth.

Move & Grove with Lighthouse Creative Collaborative: Exploring Wellness, Creativity & Emotions. Friday 4:30-5:30pm is for children and families. Saturday 10am-Noon is for teens and older middle school students.
