January was a busy month for our harm reduction outreach team. During 373 unique interactions with folks, our team distributed 2,100 doses of naloxone and 1,264 other harm reduction supplies in our statewide communities. Our team concentrated their efforts in the many communities that experienced higher overdose rates including Burrillville, North Kingstown, Westerly, Woonsocket, Middletown, Newport, and North Providence.
